Soul Unwinding Bodywork

In an effort to align body, mind, and soul, this is a treatment deisgned to unwind the physical tissue of the body in one artistic flow. Stepping out of the confines of a ‘massage’. this style of therapeutic touch is a service that I have designed as a mixture of all my bodywork trainings. Each treatment is done intuitively, and may look different from one appointment to the next. By attuning to your body and listening, I can tailor to the somatic needs of the moment and begin to unwind years of stuck postural patterning. With no routine or structure in mind, I let the body tell me where to work and apply pressure . Each treatment may include working with the fascia, the energy system, trigger points or the denser physical layers.

I am treating the body as a whole. As a whole it can unravel like a ball of yarn. The nervous system can simultaneously exhale and begin to heal. Chronic tension can melt away. This style of bodywork is a wonderful aid to all healing journeys. The spaciousness that opens up in your body will open up space within your mind. That’s how the light gets in.

Treatments are performed on a massage table with full draping.
