Reiki & Energy Work
Energy work helps to heal the parts of us that are holding stagnant energies within our body. You will be receiving an energetic transmission intentionally designed to bring balance, harmony and cultivate inner peace to the mind, body and spirit. This Universal life energy is vastly intelligent and will flow intuitively to the areas of the body needing regeneration, or aid with clearing energetic blockages. After these transmissions you may find a deeper embodiment of SELF energy, your inner source of clarity, confidence, calm and compassion and connectedness. The more internal freedom we have, the better life goes. My work is a mixture of Reiki (level 2) and my own energetic intuition through years of working with Amane. This energy is benevolent, kind, direct and protective. All you need to do during our sessions is be open to receiving it. I am passionate about also combining IFS into sessions if parts show up that need to be healed.
This is a hands on body treatment taking place on a massage table. Sessions are performed fully clothed. Location is at my residency in Black Mountain, NC
