What may a release look like?

Energetic and emotional releases can be common as we begin clearing the body. During our session, I will be working with your window of tolerance so you can feel and still deal. This may look like energy that was once stagnant beginning to move through the body, verbal processing, shaking, making sounds, movement, tears etc. This can be particularly helpful if expression was never allowed in Childhood. On my table there is full permission of expression or non-expression. All of you is welcome.

Should I talk or stay silent during it?

That is totally up to you. Many people stay silent to be with their inner experiences. And others have a waves of emotions that would like to be expressed. That can look like naming out loud your experience or screaming. And everything in between. Your body knows what it needs.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing. ERT is practiced on bare skin just like a massage so you can undress to your comfort levels under the draping.

Will I feel energy or experience emotions?

Each session is differerent. Sometimes parts of us that are holding trauma will make themselves known. Or our session could look like an energy activation or clearing out of the body. You may experience tingling all over the body that will signal lots of energy flowing/ current.

Does each session feel the same?

The body works in mysterious ways and each session you do will be wildly different to the next. Trust that your own healing unfolds like layers of an onion, when the system is ready. Sometimes sessions will feel like breakthroughs. Sometimes they will go slower and will show us our many patterns/ internal protectors. All is exactly in divine timing. We receive mysterious healing many times that will work on subtle levels or the deeper soul levels and that will bypass our egos.

How often should I book a session?

Follow your intuition! Sometimes you will get the feeling and knowing of when it’s time to get further energetic healing. Some people are going through a rough time and like to schedule a few times a month for additional support. I like to personally book energetic maintenance once a month to aid in my awakening journey. Trust your instincts on how often to book.

Why should I try emotional release therapy?

I have years of experience navigating the inner world and trying out various therapies to heal my own trauma & stuck patterns. I have been a seeker of what is compassionate, what taps into the deep subconscious aspects of the body, and what works. I believe in my heart that this does. While all of the tools that exist out there can be helpful, I believe this type of work can be an accelerated path. It is not for everyone, and you need to trust yourself in what works and doesn’t work for you.

If you feel like you have no idea how to get to the root of how you are feeling. If you feel like you barely breathe anymore. If you feel like you are not embodied and wish to live in your body once again. If you feel like there are pieces of you wishing to have full permission to have uninhibited expression, this work will open the doors to show you.
